I provide personal training, lifestyle & nutritional assessment and advice and an email consultancy service to help you achieve your goals and cater for your specific and individual needs.

My goal is to help you achieve you goals.

I specialize in fat loss, muscle toning, nutritional advice, Pilates, and running specific training.

After an initial consultation I will develop your goals into a schedule designed around your lifestyle.  I will regularly re-evaluate your progress because as your body changes so do your fitness needs.

A well structured exercise plan combined with a healthy approach to eating will create a healthy, fit body and help you cope with the stresses of life to give you the total fitness you desire and an abundance of energy to take on life’s challenges.

Individual and group exercise available.  Training can take place at your home, outdoors,  or at your business premises if you are a company interested in keeping staff healthy and happy. 

My priority is to help you enjoy exercise and the benefits it produces to lead a healthier life, full of energy, to become the best you can be.
